Contractors

Gary has served as our Senior Vice President, Operations since October 2018. Prior to his current role, Gary served in a similar capacity at Sidewinder Drilling Company. Gary joined Sidewinder in 2013 where he led their entire drilling operation. Prior to joining Sidewinder, Gary was a Senior Vice President of Bronco Drilling Company. In 2011 Bronco was acquired by NOMAC Drilling, a subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, and he served as Director of New Rig Technology for NOMAC Drilling. Prior to Bronco, Gary worked for Robert Drilling Company for 23 years in positions of increasing operations management responsibilities. Prior to Robert, he worked for nine years at Ratliff Drilling Company beginning as a roughneck and working his way to rig management.

Larry has been serving as our Senior Vice President of Business Development since October 2018. He joined the company in 2012 as Vice President of Business Development. Before joining us, Larry began his career in 1987 at Rowan Companies, Inc. He initially worked in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and later transferred to Rowan’s Land Division, where he held various field operational roles and served as the Health and Safety Manager. In 2006, Larry moved to Rowan’s corporate headquarters as the Director of Marketing, responsible for marketing, sales, and contracting for Rowan’s domestic and international rig fleet. Additionally, Larry is a Director of the International Association of Drilling Contractors and currently serves as Chairman of the IADC Houston Chapter.
